This past week was full of celebration in our home.
Three birthdays in a row—my two boys and my wife.
So many trips around the sun. So many sacred returns.
We make a big deal out of birthdays in our house. Balloons, decorations, handmade signs on the walls. It’s a joyful kind of chaos that reminds us: life is a gift. Presence is a gift. Family is everything. Enjoy every day.
And all of this aligns with something greater…
The Spring Equinox.
A moment of perfect balance—
Light and dark, day and night, held in sacred symmetry.
The Earth, tilting once more toward the sun,
turns her face toward the light.
