Daily, I’m reminded of the beautiful chaos of life with my two boys. They have an energy that seems to have no bounds, an energy that demands to be in harmony with the elements. They must be outside—running, jumping, doing flips, and basking in the sunlight. It’s as if their every cell knows instinctively that they need to align with nature to thrive. I appreciate these reminders to connect. Again and again. Watching them rough and tumble with their friends, I see the oneness of their connection, a quantum attribute that reminds me how deeply we’re all interconnected.
This energy, this life force, is the same spark that powers us all, flowing through every cell in our bodies.
